Julias Machado is the owner and chef at the Bay Leaf Indian restaurant. Julius works day and night at the restaurant and has 21 years of experience in cooking. He is an international chef who has worked in America, India, Dubai and cruise lines. Cooking is his passion and he always tries to cook something new every time. He uses locally fresh produce and home made spices in his everyday cooking. He not only specialises in Indian cuisine, but is also really good in multi cuisine cooking.
Meet Lalita Machado, she is the owner and manager of the Bay Leaf Indian restaurant. She is a hard working and respectful lady who always tries to keep customers happy and satisfied with her charming smile. She has amazing coffee skills and she is also a good cook.  She handles both front and kitchen.
Meet Twinkle, she is a young polite lady who is dedicated towards her work & manages everything at the counter and cash register. She is really good at customer service and also likes talking to new people everyday.
Meet Robin Machado, he is an international chef with 15 years of experience in cooking. He is really hard working man who likes cooking.

Never had such a amazing food and the naan bread , masala chai , mango kulfi and 2 other mains all very just delicious love it.
